It has come to my attention that there is an easier way to download PS3 themes for free. All you have to do is go on your PS3's internet browser, go to www.ps3-themes.com and click the download links on the site.
I have not tried this way yet or I would be able to give you more detailed steps.
I appreciate any feedback telling me if this works or not.
